• Payment must be made in USD currency by paypal or by pix(BRL).

• Other payment methods will only be accepted if previously negotiated.

• payment must be 100% paid at the beginning of the project (until the first draft is sent) or 50% at the beginning and 50% at the end if the amount exceeds 100 USD.

• I do not make refunds, in case of cancellation the remaining amount will be retained as credit for future commissions

-->Process

• let me know if you need the artwork by a specific deadline, otherwise I'll work on it on my standard schedule.

• Estimated completion time 1-3 months, please don't rush me. I will always try to finish the art in the shortest possible time and I will update you at each stage of the process (sketch, lineart, painting, finishing etc).

• Be as clear and objective as possible when describing what you want (poses, expressions, accessories, background etc). feel free to send references that help describe what you want (send as many as you want, references are never too much).

• The initial sketch can be received before payment plus the final sketch as well as the continuation of the project will only be effective after the due payment (full or partial).

• big changes will only be accepted in the sketch phase (expressions, poses, clothes, background etc). after that only minimal changes will be accepted

• Color changes can be made at any time.

• commissioned artwork is for personal use only; commercial use is not allowed unless agreed in advance

• you certify that I can post the commissioned art on my social media and use it for self-advertisement; if you do not want your commission to be published you must inform me in advance (fees may apply due to this condition)

• you may post commissioned artwork as long as it is not for commercial use and the artist (me) is properly credited

• The Customer is not allowed to remove the signature in the Commissions, as well as he cannot add colors, lineart, or complete the purchased sketches, without prior notice from the Customer to the Artist

• artwork for commercial use is subject to another contract with different usage rules duly agreed upon

-->Cancellation fees

• if the customer wants to cancel the service in the sketch phase, a fee of 30% of the value of the piece will be charged, and if the cancellation is in the finalization phase (lineart, painting and rendering) the fee will be 70%

• if the cancellation occurs with the piece already finished, the fee will be 100%
